Our head office is in Perth but we operate across Australia with offices in Queensland also. Our projects are a mix of fully-owned and joint ventured projects and we aim to maximise returns for all stakeholders every step of the way.

Just like the thousands of families and business owners who choose to call an Okeland community home, we devise a long-term vision for each of our projects. In 2019, Amex Corporation re-branded to Okeland Communities.  The name Okeland celebrates authentic family values as integral to the business and the residential communities we create. It may be a new name for the company but it is a name with deep roots in history that provide a solid foundation for the future.
