Strong growth corridor

An address of over 2,500 lots and augmenting existing amenities with brand new community assets, Kingsford is set to raise the appeal of Bullsbrook, with the area expected to accommodate significant growth over the coming two decades. The estimated resident population is expected to increase from 5,200 in 2016 to 20,500 by 2036.

Kingsford is also within an easy commute from employment nodes in Morely, Malaga Joondalup and Midland, and   with the  $1.2bn Northlink highway (set to open in 2019) even the Perth CBD will be an easy commute.

Live amongst natural beauty

Kingsford sits in perfect harmony with its surroundings. Designed to complement the natural undulations of the land and the meandering course of the tree-lined creek, the unique streetscapes promise to create a soothing, restful backdrop to daily life. The Ki-It Monger Brook will become a peaceful focal point of the community, while ancient gums tower over open spaces like magnificent centrepieces of Kingsford’s leafy parks and public gardens. Quite different from traditional “flat earth” land developments, Kingsford homesites follow the contours of the existing landscape, with streets and homes orientated to capture breath-taking views of the Darling Scarp and tranquil woodland reserves.

High-flying adventurers welcome

Poised for take-off, Kingsford is destined to be an address that reaches new heights in convenience, connectivity, opportunity and of course, affordable, spacious living. The name ‘Kingsford’ is after the “world’s foremost airman” – the adventurous Australian, Sir Charles Kingsford Smith.

More to the name

But Kingsford is more than honouring an aviation hero, Kingsford as a name is tied to the overall history of the area and so provides a link to a rich heritage of storytelling, horticulture, crafting and innovation, where the Swan and Chittering Valleys come together. As the name proposed for the renaming of the entire township many years ago, it would have heralded a new start and new era for the town.

And today, that name is symbolic of exactly that – fresh beginnings – creating a place true to its natural setting and rural character in a new series of carefully crafted neighbourhoods wrapped along the river and encompassing a new town heart. Embracing history, but with vision for a bright future, Kingsford will see new life and the realisation of a dream.
